In this workshop series participants will learn six fundamental patterns that can transform how your team functions.
Described below, these workshops will be an enlivening blend of theory, discussion and experiential practices. Each workshop will build on the previous one, adding new layers of complexity.
These workshops are for people who sense their workplace culture lacks engagement, connection to purpose or that creative energy is blocked. They're designed to be useful and applicable to any shape and size of organization. They invite leadership from any level from customer service to top management.

WORKSHOP 1 :
FULL HUMANISM VS PROFESSIONAL FACADE
Get introduced to a ‘living systems’ lens for your workplace and explore why creating a workplace where people can show up with their full humanism (rather than professional facade) will benefit your organization’s bottom lines. Learn a framework for practicing organizational agility. Experience two foundational practices for installing humanism in your workplace.
WORKSHOP 2 :
COURAGE VS OBEDIENCE
You’re an employee in a traditional organization. How do you find your courage and power to generate meaning, flow and authentic connection at work? Learn to create small-scale experiments to shift your workplace culture that everyone will benefit from. Experience practices for self-awareness and finding your voice.
WORKSHOP 3 :
EMPOWERMENT VS CONTROL
You’re a manager in a traditional organization. How do you unleash the potential of your employees and create the conditions for your team to hum? Learn how to see what is blocking the energy and flow in your workplace (and what to do about that). Experience the liberating practice of stepping out of 'expert' mode an in to co-design.
WORKSHOP 4 :
COLLECTIVE SENSE-MAKING VS LECTURES
Step out of one-way broadcasts and powerpoint presentations and into the deep human tradition of generating knowledge through storytelling, supplemented with collective sense-making practices. Learn how to weave participants in to knowledge generation. Experience listening through different lenses that generate unique insights.
WORKSHOP 5 :
INTER-SUBJECTIVITY VS OBJECTIVITY
In the world of human complexity, there is no one objective truth. Instead there are a myriad of subjective experiences that can be woven together into true intelligence that isn’t reductive. Learn a framework for deeper listening that creates real innovation. Experience a system of collective intelligence that efficiently responds to ever-changing reality.
WORKSHOP 6 :
OPEN DIALOGUE VS AVOIDANCE
Facing up to difference and conflict can grow innovation, trust and harmony within your team. Learn a method for putting conflict in the centre of the team’s awareness as a collective learning tool. Experience a process of creative reconciliation that both enhances relationships and helps your organization learn.
